BelBonita · Shopify and sales model
A stylist funnel from registration to repeat wholesale buyer
32statuses in one sales model
7stages in the stylist pipeline
6Shopify Flow automations
BelBonita certifies stylists and sells to them wholesale through Shopify. I implemented their CRM architecture in HubSpot.
The problem
Stylist progress was split across four status fields, there was no single view from registration to wholesale buyer, and the native Shopify connector was disconnected with two Shopify flows failing.
What I built
- One 32-status sales model replacing four dropdowns, with a documented lead score
- Status-driven workflows: owner assignment, call tasks, voicemail cadence, objection handling, and scoring at certification and first order
- Inactive stylist detection after 45 days without a purchase, with a reactivation call task
- A seven-stage stylist pipeline where deals are created and moved automatically
- Six Shopify Flow automations for orders, customers, abandoned checkouts, cancellations and refunds
- A stylist funnel dashboard, and repairs to the two failing flows
Result
Each stylist sits at one clear status, and certification and first orders move the pipeline on their own.
Stack: HubSpot Sales Hub, workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, Shopify Flow, Shopify Admin API.
